The program is delivered through two connected formats, and every participant takes part in both. The individual sessions focus on your specific business, while the small circles provide shared learning and support from others on a similar journey.
One-on-One Sessions
These sessions focus entirely on your organization or idea. We work through your documents, challenges and decisions in detail, moving stage by stage through the program. This is where research is interpreted for your context, strategies are shaped around your realities, and implementation plans are built around your resources and time.
Small Studio Circles
The circles bring participants together to learn alongside one another. These sessions are used to share progress, discuss practical challenges and explore topics that apply to everyone, such as revenue thinking, pricing, partnerships and funding readiness. Hearing how others approach similar issues often helps participants see their own businesses more clearly.
